An Order of the court establishing a Traffic Violations Bureau has been issued by Judge Scott.
This order authorizes the Court Clerk as the Traffic Bureau Clerk to accept appearances, waiver of trial and pleas of guilty in certain offenses. It also authorizes the collection of standardized fines on pleas of guilty to these charges.
